Terms and Conditions of bet37 — platform usage rules for players

• Bets are final once confirmed on the platform. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified, except where the Cash Out feature is available for that specific market.
• In the event of obvious errors in odds — such as clearly incorrect values caused by a technical failure — the bet37 reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and refund the amounts wagered.

A bet37 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Confirmed suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Administrative decision to cease operations in a specific region or market.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of the Terms, the bet37 reserves the right to hold the account balance during the investigation period. If the violation is confirmed, the balance may be permanently confiscated.

A bet37 believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. That's why we provide practical responsible gambling tools for all registered users:

• Deposit limits: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once activated, the limit can only be decreased immediately; any increase takes effect 7 days after the request is submitted.
